The girl doing my Botox showed up an hour past my appointment time, supposedly because she got pulled over but had a fresh Starbucks cup in hand and left me with an uneven face. One eyebrow higher than the other. When I called in to get a follow up appt, I had to wait two weeks but at least they fixed it for no charge. The girl I saw to fix it was fantastic, but my original girl didn’t work there anymore. I called today to cancel my sculptra appointment for tomorrow, my friend that referred me said they’re fine for Botox but not to do any other procedure there. It’s not something I really wanted to do anyway, but the first girl convinced me and scheduled me. They charged me a cancellation fee because I’m 36 minutes past my 24 hours cancellation time. Unfortunately, not a fan.
